Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle bookkeeping for 15-20 corporate clients using QuickBooks Online
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports
- Process accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and bank reconciliations
- Implement and maintain internal controls to ensure financial accuracy
- Coordinate with auditors during quarterly and annual reviews
- Provide financial insights to support strategic decision-making
- Train junior staff on accounting software and best practices
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of hands-on bookkeeping experience with QuickBooks Online
- Proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, advanced functions)
- Knowledge of GAAP principles and tax compliance requirements
- Certified Bookkeeper (CB) or QuickBooks ProAdvisor preferred
- Experience with multi-entity accounting systems
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
