Responsibilities
- Manage complex month-end/year-end close processes with 100% accuracy
- Prepare and analyze financial statements ensuring GAAP compliance
- Lead internal controls implementation and SOX compliance initiatives
- Conduct detailed variance analysis and provide actionable financial insights
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on budgeting and forecasting
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable processes and cash flow management
- Mentor junior accounting staff and process optimization initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years public accounting or corporate finance experience
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)
- Demonstrated expertise in GAAP, SOX, and financial reporting standards
