Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate general ledgers and reconcile accounts monthly
- Process AP/AR with NetSuite proficiency and handle payroll integration
- Prepare monthly financial statements and variance analysis
- Manage sales tax filings across 5 states
- Support audits with documentation and compliance checks
- Implement process improvements using QuickBooks Online Advanced
Qualifications
- 5+ years bookkeeping experience with SaaS or tech clients
- Certified Bookkeeper (CB) or QuickBooks ProAdvisor required
- Advanced Excel skills with pivot tables and VLOOKUPs
- Knowledge of Washington state sales tax regulations
- Experience with multi-entity accounting structures
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred
