Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate general ledgers and financial records using QuickBooks Online
- Prepare monthly financial statements and variance analysis reports
- Manage accounts payable/receivable cycles with 3-day reconciliation targets
- Coordinate year-end tax preparation and audit documentation
- Implement process improvements for financial reporting workflows
- Train junior staff on accounting software best practices
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred)
- 5+ years experience with multi-client bookkeeping
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Excel
- Proven experience with sales tax filing and payroll processing
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment
