Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle bookkeeping for 15-20 diverse business clients
- Reconcile bank accounts and credit card statements monthly
- Process accounts payable/receivable with 99.8% accuracy
- Generate financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheets) for quarterly reviews
- Utilize QuickBooks Online and Excel for data analysis
- Coordinate with CPAs during tax season
- Maintain organized digital filing systems
Qualifications
- 5+ years professional bookkeeping experience
- Expertise in QuickBooks Online and Excel
- Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- Proficiency with payroll processing (ADP preferred)
- Strong understanding of GAAP principles
- Ability to meet tight deadlines with precision
- Excellent communication skills for client interactions
