Responsibilities
- Maintain and reconcile complex general ledger accounts for diverse business clients
- Prepare month-end and year-end financial statements with precision
- Manage accounts payable/receivable cycles and cash flow analysis
- Oversee payroll processing and tax compliance reporting
- Implement and optimize accounting software systems (QuickBooks Online, Xero)
- Conduct internal audits and ensure SOX compliance
- Collaborate with CFOs on strategic financial planning initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred)
- 5+ years of hands-on bookkeeping experience
- Expert proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Xero platforms
- Advanced knowledge of GAAP and IRS tax regulations
- Proven track record with multi-currency transactions
- Exceptional attention to detail and analytical skills
- Strong communication abilities for client interactions
