Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle bookkeeping for 15+ clients using QuickBooks Online
- Prepare monthly financial statements and variance analysis
- Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, and balance sheet accounts
- Process payroll and tax filings for multiple entities
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable and cash flow management
- Implement internal controls to ensure compliance with GAAP
- Lead month-end closing procedures with 3-day turnaround
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of hands-on bookkeeping in a multi-client setting
- Advanced QuickBooks Online certification required
- Expert proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables)
- Proven track record of managing 50+ accounts
- Texas sales tax filing experience
- Ability to thrive in deadline-driven environments
