Responsibilities
- Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts with meticulous attention to detail
- Prepare month-end and year-end financial statements including balance sheets and profit/loss reports
- Manage accounts payable/receivable processes and vendor relationships
- Process payroll and ensure compliance with federal/state tax regulations
- Implement and maintain internal controls for financial transactions
- Assist with audits and tax preparation documentation
- Utilize QuickBooks Online and Excel for financial data management
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent experience (5+ years)
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Microsoft Excel
- CPA or QuickBooks certification preferred
- Strong understanding of GAAP and tax compliance requirements
- Experience with multi-entity bookkeeping and intercompany transactions
- Exceptional analytical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams
