Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate general ledgers and reconcile bank accounts across 15+ client portfolios
- Process accounts payable/receivable with strict adherence to SOX compliance
- Prepare monthly financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) using QuickBooks Online
- Manage payroll processing for 50+ employees including tax filings and year-end reporting
- Oversee month-end closing procedures and variance analysis
- Collaborate with CPAs during annual audits and tax preparation
Qualifications
- 5+ years of bookkeeping experience with multi-entity portfolios
- Expert proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Excel (VLOOKUP/Pivot Tables)
- Deep knowledge of GAAP and Washington state tax regulations
- Proven experience with payroll processing (ADP/QuickBooks Payroll)
- Certified Bookkeeper (CB) or QuickBooks ProAdvisor designation preferred
- Exceptional attention to detail with zero-tolerance for errors
