Responsibilities
- Manage complex multi-entity accounting systems with QuickBooks Enterprise and Sage Intacct
- Prepare monthly financial statements and executive dashboards for C-suite clients
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable cycles with 3-way matching protocols
- Coordinate quarterly tax filings and annual audits with Big Four partners
- Implement and optimize internal controls for SOX compliance
- Leverage data analytics to identify cost-saving opportunities
- Mentor junior accounting staff on best practices
Qualifications
- 7+ years of progressive bookkeeping experience in public accounting or corporate finance
- CPA certification or equivalent advanced accounting degree required
- Expertise in QuickBooks Enterprise, Excel (VBA), and financial reporting tools
- Proven track record managing high-volume transaction processing (>$50M)
- Deep understanding of GAAP and IRS regulations
- Exceptional attention to detail with zero-error tolerance
