Responsibilities
- Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts with precision
- Process accounts payable/receivable and manage payroll operations
- Prepare monthly financial statements and variance analyses
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and regulatory requirements
- Manage month-end and year-end closing processes
- Collaborate with auditors during financial reviews
- Implement and improve financial control systems
Qualifications
- 5+ years of bookkeeping experience in tech or finance
- Expert proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- CPA or equivalent certification preferred
- Experience with ERP systems (Sage 100/300 ideal)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
