Responsibilities
- Maintain and reconcile complex multi-entity accounting systems with 99.9% accuracy
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for executive review
- Oversee payroll processing, tax filings, and vendor management for 50+ clients
- Implement and optimize QuickBooks Enterprise and other financial software solutions
- Conduct forensic audits and internal control assessments
- Lead month-end closing processes with strict deadline adherence
- Collaborate with CFOs on strategic financial planning and analysis
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in public/private accounting with high-volume bookkeeping
- Expert proficiency in QuickBooks Enterprise, Xero, and SAP
- Advanced knowledge of GAAP, tax codes, and financial reporting standards
- Certification in QuickBooks Online ProAdvisor or equivalent
- Proven track record of managing multi-million-dollar portfolios
- Exceptional analytical skills with attention to microscopic detail
- Strong leadership experience in cross-functional finance teams
