Responsibilities
- Maintain and reconcile multi-entity accounting systems with 99.9% accuracy
- Lead month-end closing processes and financial statement preparation
- Implement and optimize QuickBooks Online workflows for 50+ clients
- Manage AP/AR cycles including vendor negotiations and collections
- Prepare complex sales tax filings across multiple jurisdictions
- Conduct internal audits and process improvement initiatives
- Mentor junior bookkeepers through our structured training program
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred)
- 5+ years experience with multi-entity bookkeeping
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Excel
- Proven expertise in sales tax compliance (WA, OR, CA)
- Experience with construction or real estate accounting
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and client management skills
- Professional certification (QB ProAdvisor, Xero Advisor) required
