Responsibilities
- Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts with precision
- Process monthly payroll and manage accounts payable/receivable
- Prepare financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheets, Cash Flow)
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and IRS regulations
- Implement and optimize QuickBooks workflows
- Conduct bank reconciliations and variance analysis
- Support tax preparation processes with organized documentation
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional bookkeeping experience
- Expert proficiency in QuickBooks Online/Desktop
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred
- Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, Macros)
- Strong understanding of payroll processing (ADP experience a plus)
- CPA or equivalent certification preferred
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
