- Implement and optimize accounting workflows for efficiency
- Provide financial consulting to small business clients
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance with 5+ years bookkeeping experience
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and Excel (PivotTables/VLOOKUP)
- CPA or QuickBooks ProAdvisor certification preferred
- Experience with multi-state accounting (CA/FL compliance)
- Proven track record of reducing month-end closing time by 25%
