Responsibilities
- Manage and reconcile general ledger accounts with meticulous attention to detail
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable cycles and cash flow optimization
- Prepare monthly financial statements and variance analysis reports
- Coordinate with external auditors and ensure GAAP compliance
- Implement and maintain robust internal controls for financial processes
- Lead month-end and year-end closing procedures
- Mentor junior accounting staff and process improvements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of progressive bookkeeping or accounting experience
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
- Certified Bookkeeper (CB) or CPA designation preferred
- Expert knowledge of GAAP and financial regulations
- Proven experience in multi-entity accounting systems
