Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle bookkeeping for 15+ diverse clients using QuickBooks Online
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements with variance reporting
- Process AP/AR, bank reconciliations, and payroll coordination
- Implement and optimize internal accounting controls and processes
- Collaborate with tax professionals for quarterly filings and year-end audits
- Maintain organized digital financial records in compliance with GAAP
Qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on bookkeeping experience with SaaS or tech clients
- Expert proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Excel/Google Sheets
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred)
- Proven track record of managing high-volume transaction processing
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication abilities for client-facing interactions
