Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments
- Resolve account inquiries and resolve customer concerns with empathy and professionalism
- Cross-sell bank products and services tailored to customer needs
- Maintain accurate cash drawer and transaction records
- Adhere to strict compliance protocols and security procedures
- Support branch operations through daily reconciliation and reporting
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year cash handling or customer service experience
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Proficiency with banking software and digital platforms
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
- High school diploma or equivalent required
