Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate general ledger accounts and reconcile bank statements monthly
- Process accounts payable/receivable with NetSuite proficiency
- Prepare monthly financial statements and management reports
- Manage sales tax filings across multiple states
- Oversee payroll processing for 15+ employees
- Implement internal controls for financial compliance
- Collaborate with CPAs during quarterly reviews
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of full-cycle bookkeeping experience
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Excel
- Strong understanding of GAAP and IRS regulations
- Experience with multi-state tax compliance
- Certified Bookkeeper (CB) designation preferred
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage deadlines in fast-paced environment
