Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle bookkeeping for 15-20 small to medium businesses
- Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, and general ledger monthly
- Prepare financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)
- Process payroll and tax filings quarterly
- Implement QuickBooks solutions for new clients
- Conduct internal audits and process improvements
- Collaborate with CPAs during tax season
Qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on bookkeeping experience
- Advanced QuickBooks Online Desktop Pro certification
- Proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables)
- Associate's degree in Accounting/Finance required
- Knowledge of GAAP and IRS tax regulations
- Experience with multi-entity accounting
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
