Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle bookkeeping for 15+ corporate clients using QuickBooks Online
- Prepare month-end closing reports and financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet)
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable processes and bank reconciliations
- Coordinate with auditors and tax professionals during compliance reviews
- Implement internal controls for financial data accuracy and security
- Train junior staff on accounting software and best practices
- Analyze financial trends to provide strategic insights to management
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance (CPA preferred)
- 5+ years of bookkeeping experience with multi-entity portfolios
- Expert proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Microsoft Excel
- Advanced knowledge of GAAP and IRS compliance requirements
- Certified Bookkeeper (CB) or QuickBooks ProAdvisor designation
- Experience with construction or manufacturing accounting a plus
- Strong analytical skills with attention to microscopic detail
