Responsibilities
- Maintain and reconcile multi-entity general ledger accounts with 100% accuracy
- Prepare monthly financial statements including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow analyses
- Manage accounts payable/receivable cycles with strict adherence to compliance standards
- Lead quarterly tax preparation and documentation processes for diverse client portfolios
- Implement and optimize accounting systems using QuickBooks Online and Sage Intacct
- Conduct internal audits and process improvement initiatives
- Provide strategic financial insights to support client business decisions
Qualifications
- 5+ years of progressive bookkeeping experience with multi-entity portfolios
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Excel with VBA knowledge
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred)
- Proven track record of implementing accounting system migrations
- Deep understanding of GAAP and IRS compliance requirements
- Exceptional analytical skills with attention to detail
- Strong client communication and presentation abilities
