Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle bookkeeping for 15-20 small business clients
- Prepare monthly financial statements (P&L, balance sheets, cash flow)
- Reconcile bank accounts and credit card transactions
- Process payroll and tax filings (quarterly/annually)
- Implement and maintain QuickBooks cloud systems
- Conduct financial audits and compliance reviews
- Collaborate with CPA firms for tax preparation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- 3+ years of full-cycle bookkeeping experience
- Advanced QuickBooks ProAdvisor certification
- Proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables)
- Experience with payroll processing (ADP/Paychek)
- Strong understanding of GAAP and IRS regulations
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
