Responsibilities
- Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts with meticulous accuracy
- Prepare monthly financial statements and variance analysis for 15+ clients
- Manage accounts payable/receivable cycles and cash flow optimization
- Oversee payroll processing and tax compliance for diverse business entities
- Implement and maintain QuickBooks and advanced accounting software systems
- Coordinate annual audits and ensure SOX compliance documentation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of hands-on bookkeeping experience with multi-entity portfolios
- Expert proficiency in QuickBooks Online, Excel, and accounting automation tools
- Proven track record of managing month-end close processes
- Strong understanding of GAAP and tax compliance requirements
- Exceptional analytical skills with attention to detail
