Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle bookkeeping for 15-20 clients using QuickBooks Online
- Process AP/AR, bank reconciliations, and payroll preparation
- Generate monthly financial statements and variance analysis
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and tax regulations
- Support audits and tax preparation with organized documentation
- Implement process improvements for financial workflows
- Collaborate with CPA firm for year-end reporting
Qualifications
- 5+ years of full-cycle bookkeeping experience
- Expert proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Excel
- Associate's degree in Accounting/Finance (Bachelor's preferred)
- Proven track record with multi-client portfolios
- Certification (QB ProAdvisor, AAP) highly desirable
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment
