Responsibilities
- Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts with meticulous attention to detail
- Prepare monthly financial statements including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports
- Manage accounts payable/receivable cycles and process payroll for multiple clients
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and IRS regulations for all financial transactions
- Analyze financial data to identify trends and provide actionable business insights
- Oversee month-end and year-end closing processes with accuracy and timeliness
- Collaborate with tax professionals to support audit preparations
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional bookkeeping experience with QuickBooks Online/Desktop
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- Expert knowledge of GAAP principles and financial reporting standards
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel with advanced formula skills
