Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate general ledgers and reconcile accounts monthly
- Process accounts payable/receivable with zero-error standards
- Generate financial statements (P&L, balance sheets, cash flow)
- Manage payroll processing and tax compliance
- Oversee month-end/year-end closing procedures
- Implement and improve accounting systems for efficiency
- Provide financial analysis to support client decisions
Qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on bookkeeping experience
- Expert proficiency in QuickBooks Online/Enterprise
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred
- Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, macros)
- CPA or QuickBooks ProAdvisor certification a plus
- Proven track record of multi-client portfolio management
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and client service skills
