Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle bookkeeping for 15-20 diverse clients using QuickBooks Online
- Prepare monthly financial statements and reconciliations
- Process payroll and ensure compliance with federal/state regulations
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable and cash flow management
- Collaborate with tax team for quarterly/annual reporting
- Implement process improvements for financial workflows
Qualifications
- 5+ years of bookkeeping experience with QuickBooks proficiency
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- CPA or certification preferred (not mandatory)
- Expertise in Excel with advanced formula knowledge
- Strong understanding of GAAP principles
- Experience with multi-state tax compliance
- Proven attention to detail and problem-solving skills
