Responsibilities
- Maintain and reconcile multi-company general ledgers using QuickBooks Online
- Process accounts payable/receivable with 100% accuracy and timeliness
- Prepare monthly financial statements and management reports
- Manage payroll processing and tax compliance for 15+ clients
- Oversee bank reconciliations and cash flow forecasting
- Collaborate with CPAs during quarterly audits and tax season
- Implement and improve accounting processes using automation tools
Qualifications
- 5+ years of full-cycle bookkeeping experience with tech startups
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Excel
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- Certified Bookkeeper (CB) or QuickBooks ProAdvisor preferred
- Expertise in sales/use tax compliance and multi-state payroll
- Proven ability to manage high-volume transactions without errors
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
