Responsibilities
- Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts with meticulous attention to detail
- Manage accounts payable/receivable cycles and cash flow reporting
- Prepare monthly financial statements and variance analyses
- Oversee payroll processing and tax compliance for multiple entities
- Implement and optimize QuickBooks Online for client portfolios
- Coordinate annual audits and tax preparation documentation
- Develop financial forecasting models and budget tracking systems
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred)
- 5+ years of hands-on bookkeeping experience in public or private accounting
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Excel/Google Sheets
- Deep understanding of GAAP principles and tax regulations
- Proven ability to manage multiple client portfolios simultaneously
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to numerical precision
- Strong communication abilities for client-facing financial reporting
- Experience with ERP systems (NetSuite or similar a plus)
