Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle bookkeeping including A/P, A/R, payroll, and bank reconciliations
- Prepare monthly financial statements with variance analysis
- Oversee general ledger maintenance and account reconciliations
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes
- Implement and maintain internal financial controls
- Collaborate with CPAs during audits and tax preparation
- Optimize accounting workflows using QuickBooks Online
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional bookkeeping experience
- Expert proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Excel
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred
- CPA or certification strongly preferred
- Experience with multi-state payroll processing
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to meet deadlines in fast-paced environments
