Key Responsibilities
Your day-to-day will involve managing the full-cycle bookkeeping process, including accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, and preparing monthly financial reports. You will work closely with our senior management to ensure compliance with GAAP standards and tax regulations.
Responsibilities
- Manage and reconcile monthly bank statements and credit card accounts.
- Process accounts payable and receivable transactions accurately and timely.
- Prepare and maintain general ledger accounts and financial statements.
- Assist with monthly and annual payroll processing.
- Ensure compliance with internal financial controls and federal regulations.
- Assist with the annual audit preparation and tax filing support.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional bookkeeping or accounting experience.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Xero, or Sage accounting software.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Associate’s degree in Accounting or Finance; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Excellent attention to detail with strong analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
