Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate general ledger accounts and monthly reconciliations for 15+ clients
- Process complex payroll, A/P, and A/R with zero-error tolerance
- Generate financial statements and variance analyses for executive review
- Implement and optimize QuickBooks Online for diverse industry clients
- Coordinate tax preparation documentation with CPA partners
- Lead month-end close procedures and audit support
Qualifications
- 5+ years of full-cycle bookkeeping experience with QuickBooks Online
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred)
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial reporting software
- Proven experience managing multi-client portfolios
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and client relationship abilities
