Responsibilities
- Maintain and reconcile accounts payable/receivable with 99.9% accuracy
- Prepare monthly financial statements and variance analyses
- Manage multi-currency transactions and international tax compliance
- Oversee payroll processing for 50+ employees using ADP systems
- Implement and optimize QuickBooks Online for 15+ clients
- Lead quarterly audits and tax preparation coordination
- Develop financial forecasting models for strategic planning
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance with 5+ years' experience
- Advanced QuickBooks Online certification required
- Expertise in GAAP and multi-state tax regulations
- Proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, macros)
- Experience with high-volume transaction processing
- Certified Public Bookkeeper (CPB) preferred
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
