Responsibilities
- Manage and reconcile multi-client accounts payable/receivable systems
- Prepare monthly financial statements and variance analysis reports
- Oversee payroll processing and tax compliance filings
- Implement and maintain QuickBooks enterprise accounting systems
- Conduct bank reconciliations and internal audit procedures
- Collaborate with CFO on budget forecasting and financial strategy
- Maintain digital filing systems with SOX compliance standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive bookkeeping experience in California
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Excel macros
- Expert knowledge of CA sales tax regulations and payroll laws
- Proven experience managing multi-currency transactions
- Certification in QuickBooks Online ProAdvisor required
- Exceptional analytical skills with attention to detail
