Key Responsibilities:

- Manage full-cycle bookkeeping including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card balances monthly to ensure accuracy.
- Prepare and post monthly financial reports to management.
- Process payroll accurately and on time.
- Assist with year-end tax preparation and audits.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date financial documentation and records.
- Collaborate with the finance team to improve financial processes and controls.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in bookkeeping or accounting.
- Proficiency with accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero, or Sage) is required.
- Strong working knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP).
- Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
