- Process complex accounts payable/receivable and payroll cycles
- Prepare monthly financial statements and variance analyses
- Oversee sales tax compliance and quarterly filings
- Implement internal controls to ensure financial integrity
- Collaborate with auditors during annual reviews
- Maintain fixed asset registers and depreciation schedules
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance with 5+ years' experience
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks Enterprise and Excel
- Certified Public Bookkeeper (CPB) or equivalent designation
- Expertise in GAAP and multi-state tax regulations
- Proven experience with high-volume transaction processing
- Exceptional attention to detail and analytical skills
- Strong communication abilities for client reporting
