Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle bookkeeping for 15+ corporate clients using QuickBooks Online
- Prepare monthly financial statements with variance analysis
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable and bank reconciliations
- Coordinate year-end audits and tax documentation
- Implement internal controls for financial compliance
- Lead month-end closing processes with 48-hour turnaround
- Mentor junior accounting staff on best practices
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance (CPA preferred)
- 5+ years experience in corporate bookkeeping
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and Excel
- Expertise in GAAP and IRS compliance standards
- Proven track record in multi-client portfolio management
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
