Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate general ledgers and reconcile accounts monthly
- Prepare financial statements (P&L, balance sheets, cash flow)
- Manage accounts payable/receivable and payroll processing
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and tax regulations
- Analyze financial data to identify trends and variances
- Oversee month-end and year-end closing processes
- Collaborate with CFO on strategic financial initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of bookkeeping in public accounting or corporate finance
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and Excel
- CPA or QuickBooks ProAdvisor certification preferred
- Strong understanding of California tax laws
- Experience with multi-currency transactions
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proven ability to meet strict deadlines
