You'll be instrumental in driving financial accuracy and business intelligence for our diverse portfolio of DFW-based clients.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and reconcile multi-entity accounting systems with meticulous attention to detail
- Prepare monthly financial statements and variance analysis for executive leadership
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable cycles and cash flow management
- Implement and optimize QuickBooks Online for 15+ active client portfolios
- Coordinate year-end tax documentation and audit preparation
- Lead process improvement initiatives for financial reporting workflows
- Mentor junior bookkeeping staff on compliance best practices
Qualifications
- 5+ years of progressive bookkeeping experience with QuickBooks Online
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred)
- Expertise in month-end closing procedures and GAAP compliance
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, macros)
- Proven experience with multi-state tax filing requirements
- Strong analytical skills for financial variance analysis
- Exceptional communication abilities for client relationship management
