Responsibilities
- Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts across 15+ client entities
- Prepare monthly financial statements and variance analyses
- Manage accounts payable/receivable cycles with 3-day SLAs
- Process payroll for 200+ employees using ADP systems
- Oversee sales tax filings across 3 states
- Implement QuickBooks Online optimization projects
- Lead month-end closing procedures with zero-tolerance errors
Qualifications
- 5+ years of full-cycle bookkeeping experience
- Expertise in QuickBooks Online and Xero platforms
- CPA or equivalent certification strongly preferred
- Advanced Excel skills with pivot tables and VLOOKUPs
- Proven experience with multi-state tax compliance
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to manage competing deadlines in high-volume environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
