Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle bookkeeping for diverse client portfolios using QuickBooks Online
- Prepare monthly financial statements and variance analysis reports
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable processing and bank reconciliations
- Coordinate with auditors during annual compliance reviews
- Maintain organized digital and physical financial record systems
- Implement process improvements for accounting workflow efficiency
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of full-cycle bookkeeping experience in a professional services environment
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Microsoft Excel
- Certified Bookkeeper (CB) or QuickBooks ProAdvisor certification preferred
- Deep knowledge of GAAP and Texas sales tax regulations
- Exceptional attention to detail with proven error prevention track record
