Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle bookkeeping for diverse client portfolios using QuickBooks Online
- Prepare monthly financial statements including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports
- Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, and payroll accounts with 100% accuracy
- Process accounts payable/receivable and maintain organized vendor/client records
- Assist with quarterly tax preparation and year-end audits
- Implement financial controls and process improvements
- Collaborate with CFOs and accountants on strategic financial initiatives
Qualifications
- 5+ years of full-cycle bookkeeping experience with QuickBooks Online
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred)
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools
- Strong understanding of GAAP and California tax regulations
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Proven experience in high-volume transaction processing
- Excellent communication skills for client interactions
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
