Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate general ledgers and financial records using QuickBooks Online
- Prepare monthly financial statements and variance analysis reports
- Manage accounts payable/receivable cycles with strict attention to deadlines
- Process payroll and ensure compliance with federal/state tax regulations
- Reconcile bank accounts and resolve discrepancies promptly
- Support annual audits and tax preparation processes
- Implement internal controls to enhance financial accuracy
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional bookkeeping experience with QuickBooks
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred)
- Expertise in GAAP principles and financial reporting standards
