Responsibilities
- Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts with precision
- Manage accounts payable/receivable cycles for diverse client portfolios
- Prepare monthly financial statements and variance analyses
- Oversee payroll processing and tax compliance
- Implement and optimize accounting software systems
- Collaborate with CPAs during audit preparation
- Develop financial controls and process improvements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- 5+ years of progressive bookkeeping experience
- Expert proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Excel
- Deep understanding of GAAP and tax regulations
- Proven ability to manage multi-entity accounting
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills
- Professional certification (CPA, CMA, or EA) preferred
