Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle bookkeeping for 15-20 commercial clients using QuickBooks Online
- Prepare month-end financial statements and variance analysis
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable and bank reconciliations
- Process payroll and maintain compliance with federal/state regulations
- Assist with tax preparation documentation and audits
- Implement process improvements for financial operations
Qualifications
- 5+ years of bookkeeping experience with commercial clients
- Expert proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Excel
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- CPA or QuickBooks ProAdvisor certification preferred
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and IRS compliance
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
