Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate general ledger accounts and monthly reconciliation processes
- Prepare and analyze financial statements for diverse client portfolios
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable cycles and cash flow management
- Implement QuickBooks systems and optimize financial reporting workflows
- Coordinate with auditors during annual reviews and tax preparation
- Develop financial forecasting models and variance analysis reports
- Maintain compliance with GAAP and industry-specific regulations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance with 3+ years bookkeeping experience
- Expert proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Microsoft Excel
- Certified Bookkeeper (CB) or QuickBooks ProAdvisor preferred
- Strong understanding of GAAP principles and tax regulations
- Proven experience with multi-entity financial management
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication skills for client collaboration
- Austin-based candidates with local market knowledge preferred
