- Manage full-cycle bookkeeping including accounts payable/receivable, payroll processing, and bank reconciliations
- Prepare monthly financial statements (P&L, balance sheets) and variance analysis
- Maintain and update QuickBooks databases with precision
- Coordinate year-end audits and tax documentation preparation
- Implement process improvements for financial workflows
- Collaborate with CFO on budget forecasting and financial strategy
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred)
- 5+ years of hands-on bookkeeping experience
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
- Strong GAAP knowledge and regulatory compliance expertise
