Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate general ledger accounts and month-end closing procedures
- Process accounts payable/receivable with strict attention to detail
- Generate financial reports including balance sheets and profit/loss statements
- Manage payroll processing and tax compliance
- Implement internal controls for financial accuracy
- Collaborate with CPA firms during audits
- Utilize QuickBooks Online for daily transactions
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional bookkeeping experience
- QuickBooks Online certification required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced functions)
- Knowledge of GAAP and California tax regulations
- Associate's degree in Accounting or equivalent
- Experience with multi-entity accounting systems
