Responsibilities
- Maintain and reconcile multi-entity accounting systems with zero-tolerance for discrepancies
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable cycles and optimize cash flow management
- Prepare month-end/year-end financial statements and executive dashboards
- Lead client consultations on financial compliance and tax strategies
- Implement and maintain robust internal controls for audit readiness
- Train junior staff on QuickBooks Online and Xero integration
- Collaborate with CFOs on budget forecasting and variance analysis
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance + 5+ years progressive bookkeeping experience
- Advanced QuickBooks Online and Xero certifications required
- Expertise in multi-state sales tax and payroll compliance (TX, OK)
- CPA or EA designation strongly preferred
- Proven track record of managing high-volume transaction processing
- Exceptional analytical skills with data visualization proficiency
- Ability to thrive in deadline-driven client service environments
